During the hybrid model schedule, food services from Lexington Independents will serve both breakfast and lunch. Lunch will be pre-packaged and individually boxed. 

The dining services at Fordham Prep are managed by Lexington Independents. Lexington Independents offers a food service program, led by an on-campus chef. Students have many options for an affordable, high quality and healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. The menu changes on a weekly basis so that students have different options each week. There are also options for students with special dietary needs including gluten free, vegetarian, etc. If you have any questions about the food offerings at any time, please contact the Food Service Director at
