Sponsorships, Underwriting Opportunities, and Program Journal Advertising
Corporate and Individual sponsorship opportunities are available that will prominently feature your support in all our communications*:
• Highlighted on our webpage through June 2019
• Linked to all social media posts about the event
• In the Program Journal distributed to all attendees
• In the Summer 2019 Ramview
• In the 2019 Annual Report
* - For inclusion on event signage and program journal, we must have your commitment by February 15.
•Lead Sponsorship - $25,000 (16 tickets, VIP seating for dinner, and exclusive signage on Lobby screens).
Tax-deductible contribution: $23,000
• Ignatian Sponsorship - $10,000 (10 tickets plus poster and screen signage in the Commons).
Tax-deductible contribution: $9,250
• Benefactor Sponsorship - $5,000 (6 tickets plus poster and screen signage in the Commons).
Tax-deductible contribution: $4,550.
• Presenting Sponsorship - $2,500 (2 tickets plus poster and screen signage in the Commons).
Tax-deductible contribution: $2,350.
By underwriting a portion of our event expenses we can allow the full proceeds to benefit Fordham Prep. Please consider an underwriting donation, which is 100% tax deductible, for one of the following expenses:
• Band - $2,000
• Beer, Wine, & Spirits - $1,500
• Journal Printing - $1,000
• Decorations - $750
• Table & Linen Rentals - $500
• Invitation Printing - $400
• Signage - $200
Advertising in the Program Journal is a great way to reach loyal Prep supporters and it’s 100% tax deductible.
This year we are offering premium placements for teams, clubs, parish and middle school journal ads.
- Journal Ad: Inside Front Cover $1,000 (7” wide x 9.75” high – black and white (optional upcharge for color)
- Journal Ad: Inside Back Cover $1,000 (7” wide x 9.75” high – black and white (optional upcharge for color)
- Journal Ad: Full Page $500 (7” wide x 9.75” high – black and white (optional upcharge for color)
- Journal Ad: Half Page $300 (6” wide x 4.375” high – black and white)
- Journal Ad: Quarter Page $150 (6” wide x 2.25” high – black and white)
Camera-ready artwork 300 dpi hi-res (pdf format or jpg) or wording for your ad should be submitted no later than February 15, 2019. If you need assistance, please email IOMcelebration@fordhamprep.org and let us know what you would like to say and we will prepare an ad for your approval.
