Over 450 alumni returned to Fordham Prep Saturday, May 4 for a day (and night) full of laughter, camaraderie and good cheer with some of their oldest and dearest friends. Alumni were able to see and hear from President Fr. Christopher Devron, SJ & Principal Dr. Joseph Petriello '98 about all the happenings going on at the Prep today.

Alumni who took a campus tour saw the capital improvements made to the Prep since their last reunion.  The school's strategic plan, "Igniting Our Mission" has been the inspiration behind the Rowen Athletic Field, Joe Fox Track, Donnie Walsh Court, the updated locker rooms, a new chapel, lobby and student group study area, and the plans to develop a counseling center and improve faculty & administrative work areas.  Alumni were also able to meet current students who served as Student Ambassadors and witnessed the continued excellence the Prep is developing in the minds and hearts of our young men.

The Prep will host a couple of events in the next month - we invite all alumni to attend and stay connected with the school.

A reunion highlight for many who attended the Mass at the University Church was Dennis Verhaegen's '69 Communion Reflection.  Due to the overwhelming response to Dennis's message, we are reprinting it here, along with the video of his remarks.

Please enjoy the photo gallery of reunion highlights. We're sure you'll see many familiar faces that will spark more memories of your own time at the Prep.  Please know that you don't have to wait until your next reunion to visit.  You are always welcome at the Prep.
