Young Alumni Brotherhood Society
THE SOCIETY
In 2019, the Prep decided to restructure the Young Alumni Giving Society. Up to this point, the society had a $500 threshold across all 15 years of young rams. Understanding the income disparity between new alumni, and those who have been away from the Prep for 10 or 15 years, the Alumni Office decided to implement a new system, called The Young Alumni Brotherhood Society with tiered thresholds based on age. Those tiers for Fiscal year 2026 are reflected below:

| 5-9 Years Out (2021-2017) | $100 |
| 10-14 Years Out (2016-2012) | $250 |
| 15 Years Out (2011) | $500 |
As with all Giving Societies at the Prep, membership will earn you publication in the Annual Report of Giving, published in the Ramview magazine every Fall. Members of the Brotherhood Society are also invited to the Board of Trustees Christmas Reception each December.
WHY BROTHERHOOD?
A survey of Young Alumni indicated that the most valuable takeaway from your Prep experience was the friendships that you made, and the brotherhood you formed while you were here. Many Prep Alumni find that their best and most constant friends throughout their lives are those they made at the Prep. Giving back to Fordham Prep embodies this brotherhood, and gives today’s students the chance to come away with a positive Fordham Prep experience that will continue to shape them for years to come.
