Class of 2020 Graduates from Fordham Prep

In a ceremony delayed over two months due to COVID-19, the Class of 2020 finally crossed the stage on July 31 and officially graduated from Fordham Prep. Graduation took place throughout the day on Rowen Field at Fordham Prep in five separate ceremonies to stay within current New York state outdoor gathering guidelines.

This year's senior speaker was Maclane Farrel, who is headed to the University of Notre Dame in the fall. The graduation speaker was a familiar face to many members of the Fordham Prep community: former Fordham Prep principal and faculty member Bob Gomprecht '65, who spoke about his family's journey to the Prep and left the graduates with an inspiring message to take with them as they move forward.

Congratulations, Fordham Prep Class of 2020 - go forth and set the world on fire!

Student Speaker: Maclane Farrel '20
