The Fordham Prep Bowling program consists of Varsity and Junior Varsity teams with CHSAA membership. The bowling season runs from September through January. Each team carries approximately 7 bowlers. 

The 2021-22 Varsity Bowling team finished the regular season undefeated and went on to win the CHSAA City Championship.

Fordham Prep's Crew program includes Varsity, Junior Varsity, Lightweight and Freshman levels, and competes against the best scholastic and junior teams in the country in both fall and spring seasons. While few students have prior experience in the sport, the team structure allows and encourages competitive athletes to learn how to row from scratch and compete successfully.

Freshmen and novice rowers and coxswains are taught the basic technical skills during the tryout period, which typically lasts up to two weeks. Within a couple of weeks of making the team, the new rowers begin to compete against other freshman and novice crews. By the end of the school year, those novice athletes hopefully advance to a New York State Championship and earn bids to compete at the Scholastic National Championships against the top teams from across the country.

The fall season consists of longer races throughout the Northeast commonly known as "Head Races."  The spring season, the sport's main competitive season, consists of shorter sprint races of 1,500 or 2,000 meters, the standard Olympic racing distance. The spring racing schedule includes regattas against the top teams on the east coast and the country, and culminates with the New York State Championships, the Scholastic National Championships and the US Rowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Florida.

The team practices daily after school on the Orchard Beach Lagoon in New Rochelle. During the winter, training moves indoors to  Fordham University's Lombardi Center.

The Fordham Prep Football program consists of Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Freshman teams and competes in the CHSFL. There are approximately 120 players in the football program. The season runs from late August through November. The freshmen play 8 games, the JV and Varsity 8-9 games plus additional playoff games. The Varsity season culminates with the Thanksgiving game vs. Xavier High School, the oldest sports rivalry in New York City, dating back to 1906. Yearly results of the rivalry can be found HERE. The Varsity plays in the “AA.”

The 2021 Varsity team defeated Xavier in the 98th annual Turkey Bowl.

The Fordham Prep Soccer program consists of Varsity and Junior Varsity teams competing in the CHSAA. Beginning in late August, the Varsity and JV play about 14 regular season games plus playoffs. Each team has approximately 20 players. The JV program is for freshmen and sophomores; the Varsity is open to all years, but predominantly juniors and seniors.

The 2021 Varsity Soccer team won the CHSAA City Championship.

The Varsity season starts in October and runs through February. The team carries approximately 50 swimmers and divers, and uses the pool and diving boards in Fordham University’s Lombardi Center, and pools at Lehman College Aquatic Center and Sarah Lawrence College. 

The team has won the Freshman CHSAA City Championship in 1988, 2009, 2010, 2011, & 2019.

Each team has approximately 12 to 13 players. The New York City CHSAA league is one of the most competitive leagues in the country.

The program won back-to-back 2020 & 2022 CHSAA 'A' City Championships.

The Fordham Prep Wrestling program consists of Varsity and Junior Varsity teams with CHSAA membership. The season starts in November and finishes in late February, with a full JV and Varsity schedule, including approximately 12 varsity dual meets and 5 varsity tournaments.  The team has a “no cut” policy; no experience is necessary. In 2008, a member of the team became the first NYC high school wrestler ever to win a NY State High School Wrestling Championship. He repeated this accomplishment in 2010, at that time the only NYC high school wrestler to win a NYS Public title twice. The team had individual three-peat CHSAA State champions in both 2013 & 2016.

Each team has approximately 18 players. In addition, there is a Varsity team in the fall. Fall baseball is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors; the team carries approximately 18 players and plays 18 games. The Prep’s Varsity plays home games on Fordham University’s Jack Coffey Field.

The 2019 team won the CHSAA City Championship.
