Important Registration Information
Physicals
All students trying out or joining a team MUST have an updated physical on file. Physicals can be e-mailed or mailed to:
- the School Nurse at nurse@fordhamprep.org,
- Mrs. Maryanne Casaccio-Ortiz at casacciom@fordhamprep.org, or to
- Mr. Salvatore Annunziata at annunziatas@fordhamprep.org
