Harlem Line (BLUE)

Get off at the Botanical Garden train station. Upon exiting the train, proceed east to the Southern Boulevard entrance of the Rose Hill Campus. You may also take a Harlem Line train to the Fordham station. The Fordham Road entrance to the Rose Hill Campus is at the north end of Fordham Plaza.  Enter where you see the guard booth.

New Haven Line (RED)

Get off at the Fordham station. Upon arrival, walk upstairs to Fordham Road. The Fordham Road entrance to the Rose Hill Campus is at the north end of Fordham Plaza.  Enter where you see the guard booth.

Hudson Line (GREEN) *from the North*

Take a Southbound train to Harlem – 125th Street and transfer to a northbound Harlem or New Haven line train. Exit at the Fordham station. The Fordham Road entrance to the Rose Hill Campus is at the north end of Fordham Plaza.  Enter where you see the guard booth.

Fordham Prep helps to facilitate shuttle service for a separate fee to and from the Prep each school day for students from Manhattan's Upper West Side based on yearly demand.

Both the BX9 and BX12 buses stop at the entrance to the historic Rose Hill campus on Fordham Road.

The Rose Hill campus driving entrance is 8/10 of a mile off exit 7W (Fordham Rd.) of the Bronx River Parkway.

Fordham Prep students who live in one of the five boroughs of New York City are eligible for student MetroCards. 

Yes, we are geographically located on the Northwest section of the Rose Hill Campus. Security guards located at each entrance around the campus can direct you.

Shuttle bus service both to and from Fordham Prep each day is available from Manhattan’s Upper West Side based on yearly demand.

Fordham Prep students who live in New York City are eligible to receive MetroCards through the New York City Department of Education. These are distributed directly to students at the beginning of the academic year. Students that commute via Metro-North are eligible to take part in the Mail & Ride School Commutation program and receive a discount on their monthly train pass.

Fordham Prep uses the Fordham University parking lot located at the main entrance of the Rose Hill Campus for visitors and various events. Students that wish to drive may purchase a monthly pass to park in this lot. There is no parking at the Prep building for students.

The building is open to students at 6:00am. Students have to report to their first class at 8:25 am.

Students are dismissed at 2:37pm after which Consultation Period is offered to students who seek to meet with teachers. After-school activities and sports generally begin at 3:00pm.
