Mathematics

Fordham Prep’s mathematics program builds strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills while preparing students for advanced study.

Freshmen are placed in Algebra or Geometry based on entrance exam scores, with opportunities to advance into honors and AP courses, including Calculus AB and Statistics. Although three years are required, most students continue with a fourth year in math or computer science, with classes meeting each day of the 6-day cycle.
