Cameron Young, Fordham Prep Class of 2015, captured the biggest victory of his career on March 15, 2026, winning the The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Often referred to as golf’s “fifth major,” the prestigious PGA Tour event featured a dramatic Sunday finish as Young closed with a bogey-free 4-under 68 to finish at 13-under-par and earn a one-shot victory over Matt Fitzpatrick.

The Fordham Prep Track & Field program delivered one of the most dominant and memorable years in school history during the 2024–25 indoor and outdoor seasons. With championship wins, national recognition, and record-breaking performances, the Rams continued to cement their legacy as one of New York’s premier high school programs.
