A workout schedule will be distributed before
Christmas. Athletes are expected to
run on their own on days when there is not a team practice.
(Note: Team practice will be held on Jan 31st at 9AM and February 1 at
2PM)
THE COMPETITION
The Prep competes in the Catholic High Schools Athletic
Association (CHSAA). A sub-unit of the CHSAA is the New York Archdiocesan League
(NYCHSAA), also called the "Sectionals:"
