Directions by car: Palisades Interstate Parkway to exit 17, 40 miles north of New York City.

From GW Bridge: GW Bridge to Route 4 west to Route 17 North. Take Route 17 North to exit for Franklin Turnpike/Suffern (just past TGI Fridays). Stay to the right and the entrance to Don Bosco Prep is immediately after the large tan brick building on your right.

From Tappan Zee Bridge: Tappan Zee, on I-87 to Exit 15A to Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South to exit for Franklin Turnpike/Suffern, (exit is after Howard Johnsons and Ramsey Interstate shopping center). Follow ramp up, around and over Route 17. The Don Bosco Prep campus will be immediately on your right.

From NYS Thruway I-87
Take exit 19 (Kingston) thru toll booth, take second right on the roundabout onto Washington Avenue ... Proceed down Washington Ave. to the third traffic light (N. Front St, Friendly Ice Cream) ... Make a right turn at traffic light, Dietz Stadium will be directly in front of you.

From Manhattan:
Get on the Triborough Bridge at East 125th Street. Stay left for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From the Bronx:
Take the Major Deegan or Bruckner Expressway to the Triborough Bridge. Stay right for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

Subway/Bus:

Take the 4, 5, or 6 Lexington Ave. trains to 125th St., then transfer on the NW corner of 125th St. and Lexington Ave. for the M35 bus to Randall's and Wards Island. For MTA bus travel info, call (718) 330-1234.

By Foot:
You can walk across the footbridge from E. 103rd St. in Manhattan onto Randall's and Wards Island Park during summer daylight hours. Pedestrians can also walk across on the Triborough Bridge from Manhattan, Queens, or the Bronx.

Route 684 North. Get off at Exit 6 (Katonah/ Cross River/Route 35). At light at end of exit, make a left turn onto Route 35. At the 5th traffic light, make a right turn onto Route 100.

Travel approximately 1/2 mile north on Route 100. Then make a left turn onto Route 139 (LeFontane Ristorante is on the right corner of Route 139 and Route 100). After approximately 2 miles, the entrance to Primrose Elementary School and the District Offices are on the right side of the road. Somers High School is the next driveway after Primrose.

By Car:    Major Deegan Expressway (either North or South) to Van Cort Park exit. Bear right off exit and make next right onto Broadway. For Cross Country Meets: Go past two traffic lights. Team usually meets at benches across the street from Burger King. Spring Track: Stadium is on your right just after you turn onto Broadway.

By Subway:    IRT #1 or #9 to last stop, 242nd Street. For Cross Country Meets: Walk north about 300 yards to benches opposite Burger King. Spring Track: Stadium is on your right.

By Bus: From Westchester - #1 or #2 bus to last stop, 242nd Street. For Cross Country Meets: Walk north about 300 yards to benches opposite Burger King. Spring Track: Stadium is on your left.
               In Bronx - Bx.#9 to 242nd street and Broadway, follow directions above.

Commuter Rail: Any Metro North train to the Fordham station Then take Bx. #9 bus to Van Cortlandt Park. (See directions above). Give yourself about 30-40 minutes for this bus ride.

Astoria Park: Hoyt Ave and 19th Street
Triboro Bridge towards Queens. Stay to right on bridge and make first Exit at 31st Street. Off exit, make right at Stop sign (the street BEFORE the 31st street el train), and go straight one block to Astoria Blvd. Make right onto Astoria Blvd, and go 8-9 blocks to 21st Street. Make right on 21st street, and go 2-3 blocks to Hoyt Ave (under the Triboro) and make left on Hoyt. Go 2 blocks into Parking lot, track on left.

Take New York State Thruway to Newburgh-Stewart Airport exit. Immediately after toll, bear right onto route 84 East, and take Route 84 East to Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Immediately after bridge toll, take first exit on the right (Route 9D North, Wappingers Falls). Turn left onto route 9D at traffic light at end of exit ramp.

Follow Route 9D North for approximately 5 miles. At 4^th traffic light (excluding exit ramp light) turn left onto County Road 28. Bear right at fork in road. Turn right at end of road. Turn left onto Sheafe Road. Proceed approximately ¾ mile: Bowdoin Park entrance is on the left.

From South: Hutchinson River Parkway North to exit 17. Off exit, take left at traffic light, then go one block to next possible right turn, then go one block to STOP sign. At STOP sign make left onto Wilmot Road, then go less than 1/2 mile to IONA Prep. Turn right at traffic light into school grounds.
From North: Hutchinson River Parkway South to Wilmot Road exit. Off exit, make right onto Wilmot Road, then go 1/4 mile to IONA Prep. Turn right at traffic light into school grounds.

Whitestone Bridge to Cross Island Parkway. Exit Cross Island at Grand Central Parkway West, take GCP West to 188th Street exit. Off exit, make left, then right to stay on GCP service road. Make right onto Utopia parkway, St. John's is on left.

Northern State Parkway (eastbound): To Exit 41, Wolf Hill Road (S. Huntington/Dix Hills). At the STOP sign turn left (South Huntington). Pass the first traffic light. At the second traffic light (large intersection), you will see Saint Anthony's on the right. Make a right turn (not a sharp right) onto "Pidgeon Hill Road".
Commercial Vehicles:
Long Island Expressway (495 East/West): To Exit 49N, Rte. 110. Travel north on Rte. 110 towards Huntington, going under the Northern State Parkway. From the Parkway go about 1.1 miles. Make a right turn at the light just past "Frank & Camille's Pianos". This is Schwab Road. Schwab Road becomes Wolf Hill Road at the first traffic light. Saint Anthony's is on the left just past Saint Elizabeth's Church. Make a sharp left at the traffic light after Saint Elizabeth's.

I-87 to Tappan Zee Bridge. Exit I-87 at exit 13. Take Palisades Pkwy North approx. 8-9 miles to exit 13. Off exit take a left onto Thiels-Mt. Ivy Road. Proceed 2 miles until the road comes to an intersection. Make a right and then a quick left onto Hammond Road and the school is on your right.

Also (Commercial Veh): Tappan Zee to exit 11, 9W. Take 9W North approx 10 miles to Filors Road. Take Filors Road approx 1.5 miles, then take left onto Hammond Road. Go less than 1/2 mile to North Rockland HS.

Northbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway
Take exit 25 Route 127 North Street/Harrison. Turn left at the stoplight onto Route 127 North/North Street. At the 4th light, turn right into the high school.

GW Bridge to New Jersey Turnpike. Take Exit 13 to the Goethals Bridge. Take 2nd exit off Bridge to Rte 440--West Shore Expy (there should be signs for the Outerbridge Crossing). Take Exit 4 (Arthur Kill Rd.) and make left at Stop sign. Go under expy, then bear right prior to the light, onto Huguenot Ave. Proceed 7 lights to Hylan Blvd. Make left on Hylan Blvd, St. Joe/Sea HS is 1/2 mile on right.

Trinity College, Hartford, CT (site of Hartford Invitational) - MAP
Take I-95 North to I-91 north to I-84 west. Keep to the right once you reach Hartford and travel through a short tunnel. After tunnel take exit 48, Asylum Avenue. At the end of the exit, turn left onto Asylum Street. Staying in the righthand lane, follow the roadway to the right, hugging Bushnell Park. Bear right through the brownstone arch onto Trinity Street. Staying in the left lane, go to the second stoplight. The Bushnell Memorial Hall will be on your left, the State Capitol on your right. Turn left past the statue of Lafayette on horseback onto Washington Street. Proceed straight ahead on Washington Street for 8 traffic lights (total of 1.1 miles), passing hospital complex on left. At 8th light, turn right onto New Britain Avenue. Go .3 miles to the next traffic light at Broad Street. If you want to reach buildings and parking areas in the southeastern part of campus (e.g., Austin Arts Center, Ferris Athletic Center), turn right onto Broad Street, look for the Trinity College gate, and turn left into the driveway. If you want to reach the western and northern areas of campus (Admissions and other administrative offices), proceed on New Britain Avenue to traffic light at Summit Street. Turn right, between the brick gateposts, into campus. The Trinity College Track Facility is located on Vernon Street.

Route 287 is the major highway to reach Morristown. Many other highways intersect Rt. 287; Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike and Rt. 78 to the south, and Rt. 80 and Rt. 24 to the north.
From North:: Route 287 south to exit 36 (Morris Ave.). Follow Morris Ave. (County rt. 510) to business district, also known as Morristown Green. Proceed on 2 sides of the square and turn right to continue on Rt. 510 (Washington St.) west. After 2 blocks turn right on Atno Ave. Morristown High School is on the left.
From South: Route 287 north to exit 35 (Madison Ave. - South St.). At end of ramp, turn left at light and continue straight on South St. (rt. 124) west to business district, also known as Morristown Green. Proceed on 3 sides of the square and turn right to continue on Rt. 510 (Washington St.) west. After 2 blocks turn right on Atno Ave. Morristown High School is on the left.

I-95, New England Thruway: Take exit 18 North (Mamaroneck Ave) and go about 2 miles west, Stepinac HS will be on your left. Enter school at the last driveway and go to the back where the parking lot is.
Hutchinson River Parkway:Take exit 23 North (Mamaroneck Ave) and go about 2.5 miles west, Stepinac HS will be on your left. Enter school at the last driveway and go to the back where the parking lot is.

Columbia University at Baker Field: (218th St. and Broadway; Northern Manhattan)

By Car: Major Deegan Expressway (North OR South) to 230th Street Exit. If Northbound, make left at light, if southbound, make right at light. Go one block to light (under elevated train). Make left onto Broadway, go over Broadway Bridge about 1/2 mile to corner of 218th Street (Twin Donuts on right). Take right onto 218th St., Columbia's Wein Stadium is on right. Parking is difficult. Arrive early.

By Subway: #1 or #9 to 215th street stop. Walk west one block to Broadway, then walk noth 3 blocks to 218th street. Walk west one block to Columbia's Wein Stadium.

By Bus: M100, M7 to 218th Street and Broadway. Walk west one block to Columbia's Wein Stadium.

By Car: Hutchinson River Parkway North to I-684. Go North on I-684 for about 19 miles to exit 6A, Route 138. Off exit make left, following signs to Route 138. Make left onto route onto Route 138 West. Go about 3/4 mile on Rte. 138, JFK Catholic HS on your left. Approx 45 minutes from the Bronx.

NJ Turnpike to Goethals Bridge. 2 miles past bridge, take Richmond Rd exit (Not Richmond Ave.). At 2^nd set of lights on service road, make right onto Richmond Road. Go 3 miles on Richmond Road to traffic light/safety island and make left onto Amboy Road. Go ¼ mile, Farrell is on left.

By Car: From George Washington Bridge, take route 4 west about 6-7 miles to Spring Valley Road. Right onto Spring Valley Road. Go to Century Road, take left, and Paramus HS will be on Century Road on your right.

NJ Turnpike to Exit 15W. Follow signs to "Residential Kearny and Newark". Turn right at 1st traffic light onto Schuyler Ave. Turn left onto Bergen Ave.
3rd right onto Davis Ave. Stadium is one block north.

Brewster HS: Route 312, Brewster, NY
By Car: Take NYS Thruway (I-87) to Cross Westchester Parkway (I-287) east. Take Cross Westchester to I-684 north. Take I-684 north to the end. The road ends and begins route 22 north. Continue on Route 22 north for about 4-5 miles. At third light turn left onto route 312 (you can only go left). Stay on route 312 until the first light (you will see the Middle School on your right). Turn right at the light. Go down to the next right and you will see the High School and start of the race.

By Car: Saw Mill Parkway South to Henry Hudson Parkway. Go over $1.75 toll bridge and exit at George Washington Bridge Exit. Bear right off exit and go to about 1/8 mile to 165th street. Take left onto 165th, go 1 block and make left onto Fort Washington Ave. Go about 1 long block, Armory is on the northeast corner of 168th St. and Fort Washington.

By Subway: #1, #9, A, B, C, or D trains to 168th street and Broadway. Walk one block west (towards the river) to the Armory

Whitestone Bridge to Whitestone Expressway to Van Wyck Expressway.
Van Wyck to HillsideAve/Jamaica Ave exit. Take a left at the light, then a left at the second light onto Queens Blvd. Go 1/4 mile to 3rd light, and make right onto Main St. Go one block, make left onto Manton St. Then go1and 1/2 blocks to rear entrance to Molloy HS.

By Car: Major Deegan Expressway (North OR South) to Van Cort Park exit. Bear right off the exit and go 1/4 mile to Broadway. Bear right onto Broadway and make left at the 2nd light. Go one block and make a left at the stop sign, then go one block and make a right at next stop sign (you'll see a green cast iron gate on your right). Go one block up the hill to Waldo Ave, make right at Stop sign onto Waldo, then go one block to 244th street and make a right up the hill into the Draddy Gym driveway.

Bronx River Pkwy-North	Go to 233rd exit, make left, go to light. Make a right onto Neried Avenue. Follow past train to Baychester Avenue. Go two blocks to Murdock Avenue and the school is on the left.
Bronx River Pkwy-South	Exit at Bronx River Road, Yonkers. At the exit, turn left on Bronx River Road to Neried Avenue. Make a left onto Neried Avenue. Continue on Neried, turn right onto Murdock Avenue and the school is on the left.
