Varsity 4th in Binghamton, EVERY Frosh PRs at Regis

The Varsity took 4th out of 30 teams in the Prep's 1st-ever trip to the Chenango Valley Invitational, where the competition included the State's last two State Champions.  The Frosh and JV won    medals at the Regis Invitational to kick off the season.  11 Medals were won in all.

XC Notes
The Coaches are entitled to one MIP (Most Improved Performer) cop-out per year.  Therefore, the MIP award is given to the entire Freshman squad for their super day.  Every Frosh ran their best time, and proved that the team is among the area's best.
