Varsity and Frosh Roll, Poised for Season's Debut

September 12, 1998
Another 1-2-3 finish for the Varsity, and a 2-3 finish for the Frosh highlighted the CHSAA Practice Meet.  The Varsity is clearly ready for next week's Binghamton trip, and the Frosh are ready to collect many medals at the Regis Invitational to officially start the season.

XC Notes
The MIP Award (Most Improved Performer) is awarded weekly to the runner who makes the most significant improvement on his best time.  While there were many obviously impressive PRs--Rodriguez, Payne, Fazio among them--Sophomore Nazir Khan quietly took 50 seconds off his PR in just his 2nd time through the varsity hills.   Congrats to the season's first MIP.
