PR = Personal Record

Cross Country Notes
- The MIP Award (Most Improved Performer) goes to the runner who exhibits the greatest improvement on his personal record. This week, while many runners exhibited great improvement, Sophomore Rodrigo Rodriguez has shown he's "grown up" in more than just running. However, let's not get crazy....he's still Rodrgo. Congrats to the MIP.
