August 22, 1997:

The Prep completed its first week of Cross Country camp on August 22nd.
The Varsity logged 33 miles, while the JV logged 20. 17 runners reported.
We expect more beginning on Monday.
On Friday, August 29th, there will be a time trial with Xavier High School at Van Cortlandt Park. Upperclassmen interested in taking one of the 12 spots on the travelling squad should be advised that this will be one of only 3 time trials for those spots.
