4 Mile Relay 3rd at St. Anthony's
Prep Falls to Xavier at Jesuit Champs

May 3, 1998
The Varsity 4 Mile Relay made their annual trek to Long Island this week with fine results.  A 3rd place finish just behind perrenial powerhouses St. Anthony's and Chaminade showed our distance strength.  A tough loss to Xavier ends our 3-year Jesuit streak, and serves to stiffen our resolve for next year's victory. 27 medals were won.

- If you saw Adam Stabile finishing the 200 Meters at the end of the Jesuit Champs, you would know why he is this week's MIP. Dave Fernandez and Mark Porcaro continue to roll on, and congrats to mike Sangobowale on his winning debut in the shot put.
