FORDHAM PREP: 1996 CHSAA FRESHMAN CITY CHAMPIONS!!!

For the first time ever, Fordham Prep won the CHSAA Freshman City Championships—in exciting fashion. Down by 21 points with only five events to go, the Prep won three events and rallied from fourth place to tie Molloy High School for the title. On Friday, the Prep defended its Jesuit Indoor title for the sixth consecutive time and in the process took over the series lead from Xavier High School. In the process, 65 medals were won and a new page in Fordham Track and Field history was written.
