- Last weeks MIPs Jim Hurley and Jason Brown both moved up to the mile and earned a rare repeat MIP award—although Seniors Mattiace and Lippiello had an arguable claim. If moving up to the mile worked for them, it could work for you !!! Be ready…

- Congrats to record-breakers Mathiakutty and Corbett. It’s just the start.

- Coming Up: Wed. Dec. 20 – Sectional Weight Division Champs

All Weight Division runners and AND all Freshman

will compete at Lombardi Center from 3:00pm

to 5:30pm. All other runners will practice from 3-3:45.

Sat. Dec. 23 – Early Bird Inv.

All runners report to Lombardi Center by 8:15 am
