In two separate meets, the Prep harriers distinguished themselves with some fine team and individual performances.  At the JFK Invitational, the Varsity and JV both lugged home third place hardware and, combined with the results of the Xavier Invitational at Van Cortlandt, 15 medals were won.

XC Notes

- The Freshman team showed its ability to learn quickly as every returning Frosh learned the meaning of the letters “PR”.  While it is tough to pick an MIP, Chris Ruddle had an outstanding week in practice and it payed off with a 2- minutes PR- and the MIP award.  Also; first-timers Tom Carpenter, Rob Sankey and Adam Deyglio made much- welcome contributions to the Frosh strength.  Finally, the efforts of Rodger Emmanuel, Tong Lee, Glen Young, Ed Moore and Marcello Lippiello deserve special mention.
