The Prep defended its Bronx Indoor Championship on Thursday in impressive and exciting fashion.  Every runner, jumper and thrower was essential to muster the points needed to beat a National-caliber team like Mount St. Michael—a team that boasted the fastest 3200 meter relay in the nation last year.  Every runner should be proud of one of the Prep’s greatest team victories ever.  This week’s hardware total was 46 medals.
