            On Saturday, the Prep Frosh began their championship run with the highest finish by a prep team at the Fordham Prep Cross Country Relays in a quarter century. 31 medals, and some fine PRs round out the weekend that has the Rams hungry for their upcoming challenges.

XC Notes

- As evidence of how far a little hard work and determination will go, Sophomore Basil Cocheekaran earns MIP and a trip to Rhode Island. Should he continue to put in the work he did this week he will be a force to be reckoned with indoors. Special mention to barrier-breaker Marcello Lippiello for his consistent improvement, and to Varsity PR men Hinman and Canale.

- As for the Freshman, a little history: Todd Young’s leadoff leg ties him for second place on the all-time Old Frosh Course list with John Healer’s 6:24 in 1964 Desmond Sugrue (6:04 in 1966) hold the school and course record. Some recent times:

                                    - all runners will compete to defend our title!!
