Spring Track
Newsletter May 30, 1994
The Prep closed out its 1993-94
campaign this week with performances that punctured the fine careers of the
seniors and the fine futures of the underclassmen. 11 championship
medals left us with just 271 for the season and a school record 894
for the year.

Track Notes
- Its fitting that
the season-ending MIP goes to a captain that has come on strong at the end of
his high school career. Congrats to senior Jason Smith on a fine May.
Close behind Jason were the outstanding effort of the record-breaking
Sophomores. Focused and well-prepared, they went out and hit four PRs en route
to an 8-second battering of a 21-year old school mark. We look forward to
seeing this cohesive unit perform in the years to come. 400IH is a milestone in
prep track. Future hurdler will be hard pressed to hurdles that barrier.
