Track Notes

-The many PRs run this President’s Weekend represent the fruits of three months of dedicated work on the ovals.  A common phrase heard after a race was “I can’t believe I run that fast!”  Believe it.  If you apply the same effort to your outdoor season, even more significant improvement will follow.  As for the MIP, the Seniors shone particularly bright this weekend.
