-The many PRs run this President’s Weekend represent
the fruits of three months of dedicated work on the ovals. A common phrase heard after a race was “I
can’t believe I run that fast!” Believe
it. If you apply the same effort to
your outdoor season, even more significant improvement will follow. As for the MIP, the Seniors shone
particularly bright this weekend.
