Spring Track Newsletter April 24, 1994

One of the busiest weeks of the Track season turned out to be the most successful so far. An outrageous number of PR’s as well as the chance to win the Sectional Junior Midget Championships for the first time in 21 years has us smiling. The 67 medals (not including Stepinac) added to the jubilation.

Track News

- The great number of PRs make it difficult to narrow down the MIP – but will try. On the sprint side, Freshman Charles Baserap broke some barriers, while on the distance side,Freshman Brendan Moroney hit PRs with exclamation points. Special mention to all those with great finishes this weekend – Holze, Emmanuel, Byrnes, Saunders, Weitzman, Casey and many others exemplify what track is all about.
