            Fordham made its impression felt in two counties on this opening weekend. The Varsity kicked off the season with a third place trophy at the JFK Invitational, and the Freshman and Sophomores kicked around their competition at the Regis Invitational, toting home 21 medals in all.

XC Notes

- While there were many great improvements this week, two freshmen epitomized the MIP spirit. Todd Young maintained his unbeaten record with 15th-best time is Fordham history, while Jason Byrnes improved by nearly a minute as a result of consistent hard work in practice. Congrats to these co-MIPs.
