At the 43rd Annual Intersectional Relay Carnival, the Prep performed well on all levels—displaying a depth paralleled by few teams. With 52 runners competing, 21 medals were won.

- In the spirit of the Relay Carnival, this weeks MIP will be given to a relay, rather than an individual. The Freshman 1600 Relay of Justin Chin, Rob Weitzman, Sergio Sosa, and Mike Fitzsimons rose to the occasion to become only the second Fordham team in history of this 43 year old meet to win the 1600 relay (the first was in ’90). All four hit significant PRs in staking their claim as gold medallists.
- Another Freshman deserving of adulation is miler Dan Dengler. A ten second PR puts Dan among the elite Frosh distance runners in the city
