The Fordham Prep Harriers displayed their readiness for the championship half of the season with a most successful outing at the 20th Manhattan College Invitational.  A fourth place finish and 36 medals for the weekend propels us into our first title race of the season – Wednesday’s Soph Sectionals.

XC Notes

-           The organizers of the Manhattan College meet went to 11 states to get the best talent they could find, jet needed to look no further than just a couple of miles away.  Senior captain Rey Mendez improved his VCP time by 23 seconds to win a gold watch and record the second fastest time at the meet of over 8000 runners. Also, Soph race, Waldman and Lopez deserve note for their collective improvement.
