At the MAC Track and Field Festival at Manhattan College, some Prep Varsity got a nice workout and some nice times as well. Three personal bests were won, along with one medal.

Track Notes

- Congratulations to Junior Rey Mendez, whose 4:03.1 1500 run earned him a trip to Syracuse, NY on March 14^th to compete in the National High School Championships. Rey’s time converts to a 4:20 mile. Hitting another big PR was Gerry Sullivan – but he’s won this award too many times. Also, Travis Bowens continues to make steady improvement.
