The fruits of much hard work were
sown this weekend at the Sophomore Sectional Championships, where many Prep
runners posted dramatic personal records.
The Sophs captured third with 25 points, winning 16 medals,
running our season total to 143.

- This week’s newsletter was studded with personal bests, making the MIP a toughie. But Soph Gerry Guerrero ran the fastest 440 split for a Prep Soph this year in :57.7, and John Fink slashed a good 40 seconds off his “deuce”. Congrats to both, but also to Dave Gleeson, John Keane, Nick Marinos, John Rausse, and the many others who slashed their time considerably.
