On a soggy, dismal Saturday at Van Cortlandt Park, 21 brave runners traversed the treacherous trails in the Manhattan College Invitational - the largest meet of its kind in the country.  On a drier note, 14 medals were won at the All Hallows Invitational on Friday afternoon.

XC Notes

-  This is the part of the season when certain runners will "nosedive" - run significantly faster  times. This week, Freshman Dan Grundlan cut an entire minute off of his PR in hitting an astounding 10:13 - capturing MIP honors.
