Frosh Notes:
On a hot and humid day, many runners saw great improvments and as a team we established our self a force in the league for the season to come.  With a PR of almost a minute, Jim Lundy 8th place finish led the team and earns him this week's MVP honors.  Despit collapsing before the finish, Joe Jaccom managed to finish his race with a 4 minute PR, and Danny Love after 3 weeks of hard work saw a dramatic 2 minute drop in his time.  Joe and Danny share this weeks MIP honors.
