Fordham Prep is located on the 85-acre Rose Hill Campus of Fordham University adjacent to Fordham Road, Metro-North and the New York Botanical Garden. Our students travel to school each day by Metro-North trains, Westchester and NYC buses, subway, car and on foot.

Please Note: If you are using a GPS, enter the address 2853 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458. This will bring you to the main entrance to the campus opposite the entrance to the New York Botanical Garden.

From Manhattan

To reach Fordham Prep by car:

Take West Side Highway North through the toll. Exit at Mosholu Parkway. Take Mosholu Parkway till it ends at the Botanical Garden. Make a right and go two lights to Fordham University’s main entrance. Make a right onto the campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

or

Take the FDR North to the Willis Avenue Bridge. Stay right, following signs to the Sheridan/Bruckner Expressway. After third light, the road forks; stay left and go into tunnel. After the tunnel, the road forks again; stay right and go up the ramp onto the Sheridan/Bruckner Expressway. Stay left onto the Bruckner Expressway. Exit onto the Bronx River Parkway North; exit the Bronx River Parkway at the Fordham Road exit. Stay in the right lane and take your next right up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Boulevard (also known as Southern Boulevard). Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

To reach Fordham Prep by Metro-North:
Take the Harlem line local from Grand Central Station or the 125th Street Station to Fordham Road. When you come out of the station, you will see the entrance to Fordham University. The guard will direct you to follow the path to Fordham Prep.

To reach Fordham Prep by subway:
Take the #4 Train to the Fordham Road station. Walk eastward down Fordham Road toward Webster Avenue and the Metro North station. You will see the entrance to Fordham University just past the station. The guard will direct you to follow the path to Fordham Prep.

or

Take the D Train to the Fordham Road station. Walk eastward down Fordham Road toward Webster Avenue and the Metro North station. You will see the entrance to Fordham University just past the station. The guard will direct you to follow the path to Fordham Prep.

From Long Island, Queens & Brooklyn

To reach Fordham Prep by car:
Take the Throggs Neck Bridge or White Stone Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway. Exit onto the Bronx River Parkway North. Take the Bronx River Parkway to the Fordham Road exit. Stay in the right lane as you come off the exit and take your next right up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Boulevard (also known as Southern Boulevard). Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

or

Take the #4 Train to the Fordham Road station. Walk eastward down Fordham Road toward Webster Avenue and the Metro North station. You will see the entrance to Fordham University just past the station. The guard will direct you to follow the path to Fordham Prep.

To reach Fordham Prep by bus:
The Bx9, Bx12 and Bx22 buses stop on Fordham Road at the Fordham University gate. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

From Westchester

To reach Fordham Prep by Metro-North:
Take the White Plains Line or New Haven Line to the Fordham Road Station. When you come out of the station, you will see the entrance to the University. The guard will direct you to follow the path to the Prep. The Hudson Line of Metro North does not stop at Fordham Road. You will need to transfer to a local northbound train at the 125th Street Station.

To reach Fordham Prep by car:
Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) South to the Van Cortlandt Park South exit. Turn left at the top of the ramp. Merge left onto Sedgwick Avenue. Stay in the left lane until you see Mosholu Parkway. Make a right onto Mosholu Parkway. Take the parkway till it ends at the Botanical Garden. Make a right and go two lights to Fordham University’s main entrance. Make a right onto the campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) to the Sprain Brook Parkway South. The Sprain Brook Parkway merges with and becomes the Bronx River Parkway South. Take the Bronx River Parkway South to the Fordham Road exit. Stay in the right lane as you come off the exit and take your next right up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Boulevard (also known as Southern Boulevard). Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

From New Jersey

To reach Fordham Prep by car:
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway East. Exit at Rosedale Avenue. Stay to the left and at first traffic light make a left over the highway. Continue onto the service road. Stay to the right and get onto the Bronx River Parkway North. Exit the parkway at Fordham Road. Stay in the right lane and take your next right up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

or

Take the Tappan Zee Bridge to the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287). Exit onto the Sprain Brook Parkway South. The Sprain Brook Parkway merges with and becomes the Bronx River Parkway South. Take the Bronx River Parkway South to the Fordham Road exit. Stay in the right lane as you come off the exit and take your next right up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

From Connecticut

To reach Fordham Prep by car:
Take I-95 South to Pelham Parkway West. Stay on Pelham Parkway past the elevated train. Go past the entrance and exits for the Bronx River Parkway. As you pass between the Bronx Zoo and the Botanical Garden, stay in the right lane. Take the right turn up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

Take the Merrit Parkway South to the Hutchinson River Parkway. Exit onto Pelham Parkway West. Stay on Pelham Parkway past the elevated train. Go past the entrance and exits for the Bronx River Parkway. As you pass between the Bronx Zoo and the Botanical Garden, stay in the right lane. Take the right turn up the ramp to a traffic light. Turn right onto Kazimiroff Blvd. (formerly Southern Blvd.) Turn left at the next light onto the Fordham University campus. The guard will direct you to Fordham Prep.

To reach Fordham Prep by Metro-North:
Take the New Haven Line to the Fordham Road Station. When you come out of the station, you will see the entrance to the University. The guard will direct you to follow the path to the Prep.
